  • Partner with peers across Ecommerce, Digital Product, Creative, Brand, and Engineering to deliver new digital experiences and optimizations.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and test results to guide design decisions and consistently surface opportunities for improvement.

  • Experience designing for a consumer brand or retail business, with a focus on conversion-focused, customer journey-driven experiences; Shopify, GePages, and/or CMS tools experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, including confidence creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, and polished UI design.
  • Experience using analytics, research, customer feedback, and/or A/B testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools (for example, Figma AI plugins and generative layout assistants) to speed up concept-to-wireframe work while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to use Large Language Models (LLMs) to synthesize qualitative research, heatmaps, and A/B testing data into actionable UX recommendations for team review and prioritization.
  • Human-centered approach that applies customer insights pragmatically within business and technical constraints.
  • Comfort working in a small, nimble team with strong design judgment, ownership, and adaptability.
