Job Description

Hybrid role in Louisville, KY supporting the work of The Presbyterian Association of Musicians (PAM). This part-time Digital Communications & Graphic Design Associate position blends communications, marketing, web support, and design to help PAM promote its programs, events, resources, and mission through consistent branding and engaging content. You will work with a collaborative team to keep information accurate, current, and visually aligned across digital and print channels.

What you will do

Create and distribute newsletters, email communications, and promotional materials to support PAM programs and initiatives.
Manage digital communications through MemberClicks and other online platforms.
Maintain PAM’s visual identity and style standards across campaigns and publications.
Design digital and print materials for events, programs, resources, and organizational needs.
Develop event branding and promotional campaigns, including event materials, presentations, webpages, and marketing resources.
Assist with annual publications and related marketing materials.
Maintain and update PAM’s website and membership portal, collaborating with staff to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
Support future website improvements and redesign efforts.
Provide communications and design support for PAM conferences and major organizational events.
Coordinate Zoom meetings and complete selected communication-related administrative tasks.
Keep digital files, resources, and documentation organized and easy to access.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related work.
Strong written communication skills, along with organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a solid design aesthetic.
Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred. Training and professional development to learn InDesign is available and candidates with strong design skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred experience with Canva, Wix, social media platforms, and standard office software.

Schedule, location, and pay

Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible hours
Schedule: 1st shift
Location: PAM office, 100 Witherspoon St, Louisville, KY 40202 (Hybrid)
Pay: $22–$24/hour

Job Description

The Geo Tech Web Designer role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, supporting Jefferson Community & Technical College Southwest Campus by building and maintaining the Geospatial Technology Consortium of Community Colleges website. This position is fully grant funded and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites to publish curriculum materials, provide data resources, and host a repository of presentations.
Create and manage content for digital portfolios.
Apply established concepts, policies, processes, and standards to the development of web resources.
Assist in the strategic planning of KCTCS's integrated online resources.
Advise, train, and guide content contributors; identify training needs and opportunities.

Establish and maintain the GTC3 website to host curated content, promotional materials, and an events calendar.
Create and manage a platform for Honor Society members to access resources and connect with peers, mentors, and professionals.
