Job Description

Hybrid role in Louisville, KY supporting the work of The Presbyterian Association of Musicians (PAM). This part-time Digital Communications & Graphic Design Associate position blends communications, marketing, web support, and design to help PAM promote its programs, events, resources, and mission through consistent branding and engaging content. You will work with a collaborative team to keep information accurate, current, and visually aligned across digital and print channels.

What you will do

  • Create and distribute newsletters, email communications, and promotional materials to support PAM programs and initiatives.
  • Manage digital communications through MemberClicks and other online platforms.
  • Maintain PAM’s visual identity and style standards across campaigns and publications.
  • Design digital and print materials for events, programs, resources, and organizational needs.
  • Develop event branding and promotional campaigns, including event materials, presentations, webpages, and marketing resources.
  • Assist with annual publications and related marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update PAM’s website and membership portal, collaborating with staff to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
  • Support future website improvements and redesign efforts.
  • Provide communications and design support for PAM conferences and major organizational events.
  • Coordinate Zoom meetings and complete selected communication-related administrative tasks.
  • Keep digital files, resources, and documentation organized and easy to access.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related work.
  • Strong written communication skills, along with organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a solid design aesthetic.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred. Training and professional development to learn InDesign is available and candidates with strong design skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred experience with Canva, Wix, social media platforms, and standard office software.

Schedule, location, and pay

  • Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible hours
  • Schedule: 1st shift
  • Location: PAM office, 100 Witherspoon St, Louisville, KY 40202 (Hybrid)
  • Pay: $22–$24/hour
