DIGITAL DESIGNER L3

Work onsite in Louisville, KY and help deliver dependable client deployments by preparing test cases and executing testing to meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will own defect reporting, test execution visibility, and usability feedback, while maintaining strong customer communication throughout the cycle. What you’ll do

• Prepare and execute testing to support a client-end product/platform/solution deployment, ensuring alignment with 100% quality assurance parameters.
• Ensure raised test defects follow the defined norms for the project/program/account, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
• Detect bug issues, create file defect reports, and report test progress throughout the cycle.
• Maintain on-time delivery of WSRs, test execution reports, and dashboard updates in the test management repository.
• Design and release a test status dashboard at the end of every cycle to share execution outcomes with stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace findings to quality risk, and report results to the concerned stakeholders.
• Deliver ongoing status reporting with a customer-first approach related to testing and execution.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions via email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
• Keep trackers current by updating accurate efforts in eCube, TMS, and other project-related systems.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner with no instances of complaints internally or externally.
• Execute test cases and reporting, and maintain testing efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot queries within TAT and support CSAT goals.

How you’ll meet expectations

• Understand test requirements and contribute to test case design for the product.
• Ensure error-free testing solutions with minimum process exceptions and 100% SLA compliance.
• Support test automation using VB and macros and maintain reporting on automation coverage.
• Ensure delivered work items have no instances of rejection or slippage and stay within Wipro/Customer SLAs and norms.
