Web Designer

Avam is seeking a Web Designer to build clear, compelling, responsive web experiences that align with Avam’s brand and make complex technical information easier to understand. This role supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and ongoing website consistency through design, collaboration, and continuous usability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web pages, moving from initial concepts through polished, production-ready layouts.
• Create landing pages and digital assets that support product launches and campaign initiatives.
• Maintain consistent visual design across Avam websites and digital brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and scientific teams to communicate technical content clearly.
• Improve website usability, accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness across devices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional web or digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive layouts, typography, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams, cross-functional partners, and scientific subject-matter experts.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience translating scientific or technical content into clear digital experiences.
• Working knowledge of accessibility principles.
• Working knowledge of responsive design principles.
