Job Description

Get Fast Shirt Apparel is building a sharper online presence for its fast-growing custom apparel and commercial printing business. The Web Designer will shape the design and layout of Getfastshirt.com, craft web content and graphics, and collaborate with marketing to optimize both site and email experiences. This onsite role in Duluth, GA requires hands-on design skills and a collaborative approach to content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts and content versioning to enhance Getfastshirt.com and associated email experiences
  • Address back-end issues on the website and email to improve user experience
  • Prepare web assets, assemble pages, and publish content
  • Localize content for regional websites and marketing emails
  • Advise on current and upcoming UI components to drive efficiency
  • Partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize content using data and insights
  • Meet content publishing deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in web, email, and visual design
  • Proficiency in content management systems and ecommerce systems
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Word Press and Salesforce and Content Stack proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile
  • Understanding of design systems is a plus
