Job Description

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a mid-level UI/UX designer to shape thoughtful, visually refined interfaces for its web and mobile products. This onsite role in Duluth, GA focuses on translating user needs and data-rich requirements into intuitive experiences across multiple platforms, balancing accessibility, usability, and enterprise-scale complexity. The designer will collaborate closely with Product to transform insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality UI designs with strong attention to typography, layout, color, and interaction
Design with accessibility in mind, applying WCAG best practices to create inclusive, usable experiences
Translate complex product requirements and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Design for data-heavy enterprise applications, including dashboards, complex workflows, and information-dense interfaces
Design responsive experiences that work effectively across screen sizes and devices
Adapt design approaches across multiple products and problem spaces, maintaining consistency while addressing unique user needs
Collaborate with Product to define and refine user problems, translating insights into effective design solutions
Contribute to and help evolve design systems, UI patterns, and standards
Apply user-centered design principles by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, incorporating feedback and research into iterative solutions
Communicate and validate design ideas through mockups, interactive prototypes, and presentations
Work independently with a proactive mindset, while demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in visual and interaction design

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or similar

The Web Designer will shape the design and layout of Getfastshirt.com, craft web content and graphics, and collaborate with marketing to optimize both site and email experiences. This onsite role in Duluth, GA requires hands-on design skills and a collaborative approach to content strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts and content versioning to enhance Getfastshirt.com and associated email experiences
Address back-end issues on the website and email to improve user experience
Prepare web assets, assemble pages, and publish content
Localize content for regional websites and marketing emails
Advise on current and upcoming UI components to drive efficiency
Partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize content using data and insights

Requirements

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in web, email, and visual design
Proficiency in content management systems and ecommerce systems
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Word Press and Salesforce and Content Stack proficiency is a plus
Familiarity with Agile
Understanding of design systems is a plus
