Accenture Song offers a competitive compensation range of USD 87,400 to 266,300 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a platform to shape visual design across client and internal engagements. Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery, ensuring design quality, cohesive aesthetics, and on schedule execution.
  • Translate abstract briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into clear visual languages as a conceptual thinker.
  • Set and defend a high visual craft standard across brand identities, design systems, motion, typography, illustration, and digital experiences.
  • Balance vision with hands on work by defining the creative direction while producing high quality output with the team.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production, demonstrating how AI enhances creativity without replacing it.
  • Contribute as a leading creative voice in client discussions, translating visual rationale into strategic narratives to guide decisions.
  • Document how AI changes visual design workflows and quantify its impact on delivery quality and team performance to evolve the practice.
  • Contribute to proposals, create case studies, and translate project learnings into compelling thought leadership that showcases visual design capabilities.
  • Identify new creative opportunities with existing clients and partner with account leads to articulate a strong point of view.
  • Manage, support, and mentor team members to grow craft, confidence, and independence as visual designers.
  • Be an active member of the Visual Design craft, sharing methods and outcomes to advance the discipline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in visual design across multiple industries, brand types, platforms, and contexts.
  • Experience leading visual design engagements end to end from concepting and strategy through production ready delivery.
  • Directing the creation of brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with a strong, cohesive visual voice.
  • Producing and directing high fidelity visuals with meticulous attention to detail, including pixel perfect deliverables and developer ready specs.
  • Directly managing or coaching visual designers, developing contributors into stronger, more independent practitioners.
  • Experience working in agile and cross functional environments with product designers, product managers, engineers, and strategists.
  • Delivering high caliber visual design shipped at scale, solving complex product or brand challenges and driving measurable impact.
  • Deep UX understanding in visual decisions, ensuring that the visuals guide users intuitively while representing the brand voice.
  • Experience building scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency across products, platforms, and channels.
  • Experience embedding AI tools and workflows into visual design practices from concepting to rapid iteration and AI enabled workflows.
  • Hands on in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design, and relevant motion or AI design tools. This role requires active design work, not just management.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills to articulate visual strategy and design rationale to senior client stakeholders under pressure.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Fluency in adjacent areas such as brand strategy, service design, or content design
  • Experience contributing to practice level initiatives, including ways of working, craft assets, onboarding, or community forums
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in visual design, visual communications, graphic design, fine art, or related field
  • Experience in management consulting, a creative agency, or professional services
  • Contributions to external thought leadership such as POVs, speaking at events, or representing the practice in the design community
