Lead Visual Design Associate Manager within Accenture Song, Design & Digital Products, shaping visual language, design systems, and output across engagements while mentoring juniors and embracing AI enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Guide and shape visual design direction for internal and client engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, aesthetic cohesion, and on schedule progress.
- Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into compelling visuals, developing and defending an original visual point of view.
- Create high fidelity visuals across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital experiences with strong craft and meticulous attention to detail.
- Operate hands-on and independently, owning your workstream, making deliberate design decisions, and delivering production‑ready outputs with minimal guidance.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production, contributing to evolving AI‑driven workflows within the team.
- Present design rationale confidently in client and stakeholder conversations, building a growing presence as a trusted creative voice.
- Document and share how AI tools alter workflows, contributing to the practice's evolving understanding of AI‑enabled visual design.
- Contribute to proposals and case studies by providing project work, process documentation, and design narratives that showcase our capabilities.
- Monitor internal and client needs and creative opportunities, flagging areas for deeper work or expanded scope to the lead.
- Mentor junior team members informally by sharing feedback, references, and practices that help develop their visual craft.
- Engage actively in the Visual Design Craft community, contributing resources, discussions, and ongoing discipline development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Visual Design experience across diverse industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
- End-to-end contribution to visual design engagements, from concepting and visual strategy to production‑ready delivery.
- Experience producing brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with a developing, strong visual voice.
- Delivery of high-fidelity visual work with meticulous attention to detail, including pixel‑perfect deliverables and developer‑ready specifications.
- Experience providing informal feedback to junior designers and helping others grow their craft and confidence.
- Experience in agile, cross‑functional environments, collaborating with product designers, product managers, engineers, and strategists to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Foundational UX principles informing visual design decisions, guiding users intuitively while expressing a coherent brand point of view.
- Experience contributing to scalable design systems ensuring visual consistency across products, platforms, and channels.
- Comfort using AI tools in visual design practice, from concepting and mood‑boarding to rapid iteration, with openness to evolving AI workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant motion, illustration, or AI design tools.
- Strong communication skills and client presence; ability to present design rationale and contribute to creative discussions with stakeholders.
