Design Solutions
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define and deliver UX and UI solutions that align with the product roadmap and corporate objectives
- Translate business and user needs into design strategies, workflows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes
- Promote user research and usability testing to validate decisions and iterate on solutions that enhance the user journey
- Champion design best practices and advocate for the end user within the organization
Design Process
- Manage the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high quality experiences and brand alignment across dealer portals, external websites, and mobile apps
- Develop and maintain style guides, systems, and best practices to support scalable, cohesive design
Vendor Relationships
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, budgets, and user experience best practices
- Prepare briefing materials and facilitate meetings with vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of cross-channel UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work across multiple digital platforms
- Experience in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience managing relationships with creative agencies (preferred)
- Prior experience in automotive finance (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React (desirable)
- Familiarity with photo or video editing (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
- UX certifications a plus
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, user research, usability testing, interaction design, and information architecture
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma (and/or Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of the automotive or automotive finance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail in complex UX scenarios
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and current UX/UI trends
- Familiarity with digital marketing technologies across web, mobile, and email
- Understanding of how UX design adds value to business goals
- Proven critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
