UI/UX Web Developer
Job Description
CACI seeks a UI/UX Web Developer onsite in Bethesda, MD to deliver SharePoint based web development, UI/UX design, data integration, and secure application development for government clients, with TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
Responsibilities
- Extend SharePoint from out-of-the-box to tailored applications and UX/UI across versions 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, and O365, maintaining large lists and libraries, permissions, site structures, custom workflows, and Microsoft best practices.
- Design and implement intuitive, user‑centered interfaces for web applications aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to collect feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize concepts and secure stakeholder approval.
- Integrate multiple data sources to deliver customized dashboards for senior management and government clients.
- Develop front-end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and related scripting methods.
- Build secure application systems following IC or DoD security guidelines.
- Utilize DevOps tools and version control to support development workflows.
- Lead software testing, documentation, and training activities for delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive product delivery.
- Ensure web applications are responsive and provide optimal viewing across devices and browsers.
- Adhere to WCAG guidelines to maintain 508 compliance across web development projects.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience; in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 2 additional years of experience if AA/AS, or 4 additional years with a HS diploma.
- TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.
- Experience with ITIL framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SSRS Report Designer.
- Knowledge of PHP applications including WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Experience with 508 compliance.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations.
- Website design experience.
- Ability to establish operational plans for technical areas.
- Develops and implements innovative products, processes, standards or operational plans based on best practices with impact on project outcomes.
- Experience communicating with executive leadership.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with user-centered design processes and usability testing.
- Must remain on the client site during core hours 0900-1500.

Pay range: USD 103,800 - 218,100 per year
