10+ years of related experience
BA/BS in Information Technology or a related field
Experience developing medium to large-scale applications, including testing, linting, and adherence to coding/web standards
Hands-on experience with at least one: React or Vue (Vue preferred)
Strong understanding of usability and accessibility standards, including WCAG
Practical knowledge of Agile projects, from user stories and backlog management to acceptance criteria
Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Fundamental experience with design principles and component library creation
Comfort with Git and the command line
Comfort with Browser ecosystem concepts, including the DOM and CSS cascade
Comfort identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing UX problems (including responsiveness and theming)
Comfort working in and defining common UI grid layouts
Develop and adhere to application best practices
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Documented experience with DevOps/Platforms: Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, etc.)
Demonstrated experience developing with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
