Run thorough, systematic evaluations of web and mobile builds to surface functional bugs, UI inconsistencies, edge-case failures, and usability friction.
Audit legal workflows and data-dense dashboards; translate findings into actionable wireframes, user flows, and interface improvements aligned with AI-assisted SaaS standards.
Deliver prioritized audit reports and design specifications that provide engineering teams implementation-ready guidance.
Streamline high-density legal and operational screens into intuitive, faster-to-use interfaces while maintaining required functional depth.
Design and validate modern interaction patterns including AI-driven automation, smart search, inline assistance, and predictive legal workflows.
Collaborate with product leaders and developers during weekend in-office sessions to review findings, align on UX standards, and iterate through design feedback loops.

Proven experience designing and/or auditing complex, multi-tiered B2B SaaS platforms (LegalTech, FinTech, or HealthTech experience preferred).
Strong background in structured software testing, functional QA, visual regression checking, and end-user empathy.
Demonstrated ability to structure data-heavy dashboards, reporting interfaces, and multi-step operational workflows.
Proficiency with modern design systems, micro-interactions, responsive frameworks, and AI-native interface design principles.
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (portfolio submission required).
Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
