UI/UX Software Engineer (AI-Specialty)
Job Description
UI/UX Software Engineer (AI Specialty) to design, implement, and test software features for Lockheed Martin's CommandIQ battle management and C2 suite within an agile team, leveraging AI-enabled UI/UX tools.
Responsibilities
- Break down roadmapped features into actionable tasks that engineering teams can pursue.
- Design, implement, integrate, and test software features across the UI/UX stack.
- Conduct peer reviews and debug issues encountered by fellow software engineers.
- Contribute to technical discussions to define and address broad software architecture needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to clarify requirements and understand customer and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency with UI/UX design processes and tools such as Figma, MockFlow, UXPin, and Axure.
- Experience integrating AI design tools (Figma AI, UX Pilot, Google Stitch) into UI/UX workflows.
- Frontend development experience using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with Docker and REST APIs.
- Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; advanced degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
