Job Description
Remote UI/UX/Product Designer role supporting Salesforce applications at Koniag Government Services. You will partner with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centered experiences, from early prototypes through Salesforce UI customization and configuration. This position also supports your ability to work within established platform standards and brand guidelines across Salesforce environments.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements
- Create user-centric designs that improve usability and overall user experience within Salesforce applications
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with Salesforce platform standards
- Conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and iterate on designs
- Implement Salesforce customizations and configurations to achieve the intended user interface
- Maintain design consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all Salesforce applications
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, including specific experience designing for Salesforce
- Proficiency with design tools including Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, with projects specifically in Salesforce environments
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, plus JavaScript for design implementation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
