  • Establish and evolve design systems, component libraries, and visual standards for consistency across products.
  • Apply information architecture, interaction design, and content design to improve usability.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to support continuous improvements.
  • Design and implement micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance engagement.

  • Develop scalable front end architecture, coding standards, and reusable components.
  • Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate with backend engineering teams.
  • Implement automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) using tools such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern deployment practices.
  • Support application deployment across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Evaluate and adopt appropriate front end frameworks when needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and design solutions.
  • Partner with distributed teams across the U.S. and EU using Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure DevOps.
  • Support ad-hoc UI/UX and front end initiatives based on business priorities.
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience developing, maintaining, and contributing to scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and building production-grade, user-focused web applications, including consumer-grade and high-quality enterprise user experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering React/TypeScript applications from concept to deployment.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
  • Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or agent-based user experiences, including chat and copilot interfaces.
  • Background in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), inclusive design best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
