UI/UX developmer

This role centers on practical UI/UX development, responsive design, ADA compliance, and collaborative work within Agile environments, with opportunities to contribute to global delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Minimum four years of hands-on UI/UX development experience.
• Two or more years working with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS framework, and AngularJS.
• Two or more years of responsive web design to ensure applications adapt across multiple screen sizes and devices.
• Two or more years building ADA compliant web pages and sites.
• Strong grounding in usability best practices and standards-compliant web development.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT decision makers to discuss UI requirements and brainstorm UI ideas.
• Ability to create and use visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present interface designs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current UI/UX design trends and human-computer interaction practices.
• At least one year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Flex) for UI mockups.
• Familiarity with search engine optimization to develop search-friendly interfaces.
• Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development process.
• Comfort working in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in global delivery dynamics.

Requirements

• Four or more years of UI/UX development experience.
• Two or more years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS framework, and AngularJS.
• Two or more years of responsive web design experience for cross-device compatibility.
• Two or more years building ADA compliant web pages and sites.
• Strong knowledge of usability best practices and standards-compliant web development.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT decision makers to define UI requirements and brainstorm ideas.
• Proficiency with visual planning tools such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts.
• Current exposure to latest UI/UX design trends and HCI principles.
• At least one year using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Flex) to mockup UI elements.
• SEO knowledge to create search-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team.
• Analytical skills and a willingness to operate in a global delivery context.
• At least four years of experience within Information Technologies.
