SonSoft Inc is hiring a UI/UX Developer for an on-site role in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities

  • A minimum of four years spent in UI/UX development
  • Two or more years working with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS framework, and AngularJS
  • Two years or more of responsive web design to build applications that adapt across multiple screen sizes and devices
  • Two years or more of experience constructing ADA compliant web pages or sites, with a strong grounding in usability best practices and standards-compliant development
  • Experience collaborating with business and IT decision-makers to discuss UI requirements and brainstorm interface concepts
  • Proficiency using visual planning tools such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present designs
  • Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and human–computer interaction
  • At least one year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools like Flash and Flex) for UI mockups
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization to develop search-friendly websites and interfaces
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to operate in a global delivery environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatives include three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Information Technologies
  • Four or more years of UI/UX development experience
  • Two or more years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS framework, and AngularJS
  • Two years or more of responsive web design experience for cross-device compatibility
  • Two years or more of experience building ADA compliant web pages/sites, with usability and standards-based development
  • Experience collaborating with business and IT decision-makers to discuss UI requirements and brainstorm UI ideas
  • Experience creating visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present designs
  • Up-to-date familiarity with current UI/UX design trends and human-computer interaction practices
  • At least one year of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Flex) to mock up UI elements
  • Knowledge of SEO to build search-friendly interfaces
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Ability to work well in diverse, multi-stakeholder settings
