Job Description

System One is hiring a UI/UX Designer in Atlanta, GA (hybrid) with an annual salary range of USD 115,000 - 120,000. The role centers on building intuitive, user-focused digital experiences while partnering across disciplines to move ideas from concept to implementation. You will also have the opportunity to work on advanced interaction patterns, including AI-driven interfaces, chat and agent workflows, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UI/UX design from concept through implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that support seamless, user-centric experiences.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistent visual and functional behavior across products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements and workflows into interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive.
  • Integrate research and feedback using user testing and iterative design reviews to improve usability and engagement.
  • Design advanced experiences, including AI-driven interfaces, chat and agent workflows, and data visualizations, while aligning with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design.
  • 2+ years of visual design skills including typography, layout, and hierarchy.
  • 2+ years of strong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
  • Ability to design in ambiguous emerging product spaces.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and development teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet quick turnaround expectations.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven product experiences (including chat interfaces, agent workflows, data visualization for models, and prompt interaction patterns).
  • Knowledge of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction patterns, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
