UI/UX Designer
Job Description
ACADACA is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered ecommerce experiences across multiple brands in a remote-first, platform-agnostic role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for digital products with a focus on user-centered experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, themes, apps, etc. (no development experience necessary)
- 1-2 years of experience in UX design with a focus on ecommerce and/or Shopify
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform experiences
- A portfolio showcasing UX design skills, particularly wireframes and prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Experience designing for ecommerce or retail digital products
