Job Description
UI/UX Designer role at Wipro Limited in Seattle, WA (onsite) with a salary range of USD 45,000 - 121,000 per year, focusing on high quality UI designs in Figma, comprehensive UX research, and collaboration with product owners and developers.
Responsibilities
- Design polished user interfaces in Figma that align with the company design system and accessibility standards.
- Conduct comprehensive UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.
- Partner with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
- Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
- Maintain consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iterative improvement.
- Utilize Figma Make and AI-powered design tools to boost efficiency in design, prototyping, and testing workflows.
Requirements
- Strong User Interface design capabilities.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
