Responsibilities

• Design polished user interfaces in Figma that align with the company design system and accessibility standards.
• Conduct comprehensive UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
• Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Maintain consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iterative improvement.
• Utilize Figma Make and AI-powered design tools to boost efficiency in design, prototyping, and testing workflows.
