Staff Product Designer, AI Private Banker

As a Staff Product Designer supporting Nubank’s AI Private Banker product development, you will guide UX/UI and visual execution from ideation through full rollout while partnering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical reference for the product design team, identifying and adapting leading market practices to raise the team’s bar
• Build relationships across business areas at multiple organizational levels and influence business decisions through user-centered design advocacy
• Set a high standard of quality design work and inspire other product designers through consistent execution
• Help shape a healthy team culture that collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners and design teams across Nubank offices
• Advance the team’s UX/UI/visual execution and support efforts to challenge the status quo

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Product Design, including UI, UX, and Research
• Experience designing and shipping digital products
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Capability to influence prioritization within an agile process, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder needs with openness and agility
