Design core Nectar Social product experiences end to end, shaping workflows across creators, campaigns, inbox, analytics, and AI agent interactions.

Own end-to-end product areas including creator discovery, campaigns, social inbox, and analytics, from problem framing through shipped UI
Create clear, usable workflows for data-heavy surfaces such as dashboards, filters, lists, profiles, and settings
Develop new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, including agent setup, review, and handoff
Collaborate with social media managers and community teams to ensure decisions reflect real day-to-day workflows
Support and scale the design system, from Figma components to the coded UI library
Prototype quickly, including in code or with AI tools, to test ideas before committing
Partner closely with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality work every week

4+ years of product design experience building modern B2B or SaaS products
Shipped product work you can walk through end to end, including trade-offs and what you would change
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, analytics, or workflow tools
Strong interaction and visual craft, with attention to detail
Interest in AI-native products and human-AI interaction patterns
Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and making decisions with incomplete information
Clear communication with PMs, engineers, and customers

Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, plus 3 remote flex days per quarter (after your first 3 months)
