Sr Staff Product Designer, Monetization Growth
Job Description
The Senior Staff Product Designer will lead monetization growth initiatives at Adobe, shaping how generative AI features and related in-app experiences are monetized across Adobe surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define interaction patterns for monetizing generative AI, shaping how capabilities like generations, credits, usage tiers, and premium AI features are introduced and experienced while upholding Adobe's usability, quality, and accessibility benchmarks.
- Work directly with growth product managers and engineers to prototype and refine experiences that streamline and enhance creative workflows.
- Conceive internal tools for creative teams and explore novel user engagement approaches with AI powered capabilities within workflows, translating these capabilities into product value and monetization.
- A core driver is curiosity about emerging generative technologies and their impact on product experiences, pricing strategies, and value exchange.
- Experiment, iterate, and learn by building, using prototypes as exploratory tools to refine concepts through feedback and exploration.
Requirements
- Ten years of experience or more designing high-quality product experiences for complex digital products.
- Experience crafting growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
- Solid design craft with a systems thinking approach and familiarity with scalable automation.
- Practical skills in prototyping using Figma, code, or low fidelity mockups.
- Experience designing experiments and iterative improvements driven by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to collaborate across product managers, product designers, content designers, engineers, and data science partners.
- Commitment to accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent skills in prototyping, storytelling, and articulating design rationale to influence partners and leadership.
- Experience delivering accessible and inclusive interfaces for users with disabilities.
- Knowledge of applying WCAG conformance criteria to designs, including testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility.
- IAAP accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS preferred.

Expected Pay Range
- In the United States, the pay range for this position is 158,000 to 301,050 USD annually, with variations by location and dependent on experience and skills.
- California: 207,900 to 301,050 USD annually.
- New York: 207,900 to 301,050 USD annually.
- Washington: 200,000 to 289,550 USD annually.
