SEO & Web Designer

Montgomery Roofing is hiring an in-house SEO & Web Designer in Lorena, TX (onsite). This role blends website design with search visibility work to help grow the company website, attract more qualified roofing leads, and support ongoing marketing improvements through performance tracking and optimization.

What you will do

• Manage, update, and maintain the company website to keep it current and effective.
• Design and improve website pages with a focus on user experience and lead generation.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
• Strengthen local SEO to improve Google search visibility.
• Optimize key on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, and internal links.
• Create and update service pages and location pages.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and overall SEO performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings over time.
• Create and edit website content related to roofing services.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and easy to navigate.
• Track competitors and monitor current SEO trends to keep strategies aligned with what is working.
• Collaborate with the office and management team to identify marketing needs and opportunities.
• Track results and provide recommendations for continued growth.

Location, schedule, and pay

This is an in-person role based in Lorena, TX. Expected schedule: 40.0 hours per week. Pay is $10.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
