This onsite role in Washington, DC offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 173,800 per year. The position emphasizes a benefits‑forward environment and opportunities to shape user experiences across enterprise applications through collaboration across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Envision the user experience for multiple enterprise applications with complex business needs
• Connect deliverables across different project tracks to deliver a cohesive experience
• Manage multiple UX projects, ensuring adherence to standards and timely, high‑quality artifacts
• Balance optimal user experience with technical, information security, and business constraints, proposing appropriate compromises
• Collaborate effectively with others and act as a strong team player
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
• Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is advantageous
• Proficiency with Figma is important
• Maintain cohesion across deliverables produced in different project tracks to create a unified experience
• Basic experience with other prototyping tools, HTML/CSS, and Photoshop is a plus
• Usability Analyst certification desirable
