  • Work with the design systems team to evolve and expand the Basepath product design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across experiences.
  • Actively participate in design critiques and reviews, presenting work to peers and product leadership to gather feedback and drive alignment.
  • Lead and mentor other designers on the team.

  • Ability to take projects from ideation through execution, leveraging robust design systems to produce scalable, polished experiences. While you may have deeper expertise in UX research or visual design, you are capable across both disciplines.
  • Deeply fan- and detail-oriented. You generate strong ideas and ensure they are realized by obsessing over the details that elevate the final experience.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback and using it to improve, with experience incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights into the design process.
  • Effective communicator with a wide range of stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale and presenting work with confidence.
  • Embrace a show, don't tell mindset, prototyping and visualizing ideas to move conversations and products forward.
  • Think in systems, understanding how individual features connect within a broader digital ecosystem.
  • Team-first mentality, with a genuine desire to collaborate, learn, and inspire others.
  • 5+ years in digital Product Design or User Experience Design.
  • Strong portfolio of shipped products that demonstrate data-informed decision making and user-centric strategy.
