Job Description

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead major product initiatives across the platform. This remote role partners with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade UX/UI with strong ownership, guiding work from discovery through launch and iteration. The position offers a salary range of USD 137,972 to 217,100 per year and requires 7+ years of experience designing digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design for marquee initiatives in your product area, guiding discovery, framing, launch, and ongoing iteration.
  • Clarify problem definitions early, steering teams from ambiguity toward a clear direction.
  • Design complex, workflow-driven experiences that involve data, configuration, planning, automation, or AI-enabled interactions.
  • Translate evolving requirements into thoughtful interaction models, information architecture, and polished UI.
  • Develop robust design perspectives that meaningfully influence product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Prototype with purpose to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and align stakeholders.
  • Elevate craft and systems thinking within the team, contributing to reusable patterns and long-term product quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years designing digital products, with a preference for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience leading complex product work involving structured data, systems, or platform experiences.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative within large problem spaces.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to articulate clear reasoning behind decisions.
  • Expertise across UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
  • A track record of independently driving meaningful work to high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
