Senior Product Associate - User Interface

JPMorganChase is hiring a Senior Product Associate for User Interface in the Chief Data and Analytics Office. In this onsite role in New York, NY, you will help shape product ideas and support strategic initiatives that result in more unified internal user experiences across enterprise-scale data and AI/ML operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product delivery with business objectives, while also contributing to research and analysis that inform UI and product decisions. The position supports the development of technology products for Data Analytics and AI/ML Operations.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the development and execution of user interface strategies to improve product offerings.
• Support product development processes by helping define product requirements and overseeing implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and help create seamless user experiences.
• Join team meetings and contribute input on product development and overall strategy.
• Conduct research and analysis to support product decision-making.
• Help prepare product documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication, or a related field.
• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts, plus 3+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools such as Copilot and Claude.
• Experience or coursework in product management, user experience, or a related area.
• Strong design background, including an understanding of user interface development and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Motivation to learn and develop skills in product management.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with web standards, accessibility, and current web design trends.
• Experience in financial services or a similar sector.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and product development.
• Relevant certifications in product management, user experience, and AI/ML are highly desirable.

Salary: USD 80,750 - 155,000 per year. Location: New York, NY (onsite). Technologies: Artificial Intelligence tools, Copilot, Claude.
