CAIPA MSO LLC invites a Senior Digital Designer to join onsite in New York, NY. This role combines visual design, site management, SEO, analytics, and UX to strengthen marketing initiatives and boost user engagement across digital channels. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000, plus health, dental, and life insurance, with an environment that values collaboration and clear, data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company websites using WordPress to ensure reliability and up-to-date content.
- Design and implement responsive web pages and landing pages that align with marketing goals.
- Ensure site performance, usability, and cross‑device consistency.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to elevate the user experience.
- Apply UX best practices to optimize user journeys across digital touchpoints.
- Execute on‑page SEO strategies including keywords, meta tags, and content structure.
- Monitor and improve search rankings and overall website traffic.
- Conduct regular site audits and propose actionable enhancements.
- Design and publish content for social media channels while maintaining brand voice.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Partner with the marketing team on campaigns and content strategy.
- Track and analyze website performance with Google Analytics GA4.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with data-driven insights.
- Provide recommendations grounded in analysis to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital design or web design.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Figma, and Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
