Unis, LLC is hiring a Product Designer (Chinese Speaking) to design and improve web and mobile experiences with an AI-supported workflow.

Drive design for new application features on web and mobile, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI that is visually refined.
Take ownership of existing product areas by addressing usability issues, maintaining accessibility standards, and modernizing legacy designs informed by customer feedback and usage data.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify requirements, set project priorities, and balance feature work with iterative improvements.
Use AI-powered design tools to support ideation, prototyping, and early-stage concepts, while ensuring final deliverables meet professional quality standards.
Support continuous improvement through usability testing, analytics, and user feedback to guide design iterations and evaluate post-launch success.

Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and address user needs.
3 to 5 years of professional product design experience, including a track record of shipping new features and improving web or mobile applications.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including decision-making frameworks and measurable outcomes.
Advanced Figma proficiency for prototyping, interactions, and design systems, with strong foundations in both interaction and visual design.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in the design workflow, with judgment on when and how to refine AI-generated outputs.
Cross-functional collaboration experience in an agile environment, including clear communication and the ability to explain design rationales.

Experience contributing to or managing a design system for consistency across large-scale products.
Background in updating or modernizing older digital products with awareness of legacy system constraints.
Exposure to designing logistics, supply chain, or workflow-based applications involving complex data sets.
Foundational knowledge of front-end development frameworks or templates to help ensure design feasibility.
Experience with emerging AI-augmented design or code-based prototyping tools such as Figma Make, v0, or Cursor to speed up idea validation.

Expertise in UX/UI design, including interaction and visual design.
Advanced capability in Figma for prototyping and collaborative work.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design processes and tools.
Strong problem-solving supported by both quantitative and qualitative insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey decisions and incorporate feedback.
