Design user-centred experiences, owning flows, interactions, and visual design from concept through polished delivery
Convert product requirements and user insights into interaction models, high-fidelity designs, and working prototypes that communicate your thinking
Collaborate with UXR, PMs, and engineers across the design process, contributing to discovery, synthesis, and iteration with an open, curious mindset
Build with intention, considering look, feel, behavior, and what the experience communicates to users
Contribute to shared UX patterns and design system components to improve consistency and craft across the product
Use AI-powered tools thoughtfully to accelerate exploration, prototype ideas, and personalize experiences responsibly
Present and defend design decisions clearly, connecting choices to user needs, product goals, and Bumble’s values
Embrace feedback with curiosity, iterate with intention, and maintain a growth mindset throughout the process

3–5 years of experience designing high-quality digital products, with mobile platform experience (alternative backgrounds welcome if skills are equivalent)
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with work that is considered, polished, and shows genuine care for craft
Product thinking that prioritizes “why” before “how,” with instincts for linking design decisions to outcomes
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, with clear communication and generous thinking
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with openness to new methods and technologies
Inclusive design and accessibility treated as fundamentals
Ownership mindset with follow-through and proactive, accountable communication

Salary range: USD 155,000 - 175,000 per year
Final compensation determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, and other job-related considerations
