Product Designer

Arrive Logistics is hiring a mid-level Product Designer to shape UX for a proprietary transportation management platform used daily by reps and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute designs for features and flows within your sprint team’s area, from early framing through shipped UI
• Collaborate with your product manager and engineers to define requirements, explore solutions, and iterate quickly from feedback
• Use problem discovery and user research to clarify problems before moving into solutions
• Spend real time with onsite users who provide direct, candid feedback, and turn learnings into actionable design decisions
• Conduct and synthesize lightweight research (interviews, usability tests, feedback sessions, and problem discovery)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Miro, and similar tools
• Contribute components and patterns to the design system and help keep work consistent with it
• Present designs and the rationale clearly to the team and stakeholders
• Participate in critique across the wider design team, giving and receiving feedback

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a product or UX designer, ideally on a B2B or SaaS product
• A portfolio demonstrating thinking and decision-making, including alternatives considered and the reasons behind final choices
• Strong Figma skills
• Comfort working within an established design system and contributing back to it
• Strong interaction design and usability fundamentals, especially for data-dense and workflow-heavy interfaces
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in an agile-like, sprint-based development environment
• Experience using AI tools as part of your process, such as Figma Make or Claude, or tools you have found on your own
• Bonus: experience designing for logistics, supply chain, or other complex operational tools
