Product Designer
Job Description
Quantifind is seeking a Product Designer to own core product surfaces and drive features from research to high fidelity within a hybrid, enterprise-focused setting. Based in Chicago, IL, this role collaborates across Product Management and Engineering while helping to scale our design system for a growing platform. The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 135,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Begin by taking ownership of defined product surfaces, then progressively lead entire features from discovery through high-fidelity specifications.
- Participate in customer sessions and apply insight-driven iteration to convert user pain points into actionable design improvements.
- Contribute to scaling the design system, maintaining visual clarity and consistency while building reusable components that accelerate the team.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure designs are both technically feasible and user-centric.
Requirements
- Two to four years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline
- Strong understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma; hands-on experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Jira (Atlassian tools)
- Keen eye for typography, hierarchy, and layout
- Excellent communication to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate across functions
- Proven ability to integrate AI into workflows to expand creativity and efficiency
- Comfort with tools like Claude, Lovable, and Codex to bridge design and functional prototypes, boosting speed and output quality
