This onsite role in Irving, TX invites you to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and fellow designers to translate user needs and business goals into concrete design solutions. You will contribute to CORE UI, Epsilon's enterprise design system, while championing accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines. Responsibilities

• Apply user centered design to craft digital experiences that are useful, usable, and desirable across web based products and platforms.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts that clearly convey design intent.
• Plan and synthesize user research using interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, journey mapping, and market research.
• Tackle problems of moderate scope, evaluating multiple factors and perspectives to inform design decisions.
• Apply established design practices and guidelines to determine appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver high quality user experiences.
• Contribute to and help evolve CORE UI, ensuring designs meet accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Participate in usability testing and translate findings into iterative design improvements.
• Build productive relationships across teams to support successful product outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging UX practices, tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously raise design quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
• Solid understanding of user centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of visual design principles and interaction design patterns.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and how design decisions impact implementation, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and strong user centered solutions.
• Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CORE UI.
