Organizational Change Management - UI/UX

Deloitte is hiring an Organizational Change Management (UX/UI) Security Engineer III for the ICAM team in Detroit, MI (onsite). In this role, you will help deliver UI/UX updates for ICAM services by coordinating rollout work, partnering with SMEs and client stakeholders, and ensuring changes are tested and communicated across applications and user groups.

What you’ll do

• Own and lead UI/UX change rollout efforts for ICAM services.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop UI/UX change rollout plans.
• Partner with client stakeholders to test UI/UX change rollouts.
• Communicate updates related to UI/UX change rollouts across applications and user bases.
• Support rollout activities across a diverse portfolio of applications and user bases.

What you bring

• Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Capability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.
• Travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
• 3+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, user experience (UX), and user interviews.

Helpful experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience conducting quantitative or technical analysis on consulting engagements

Compensation

USD 113,300 - 188,900 per year. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Detroit, Michigan, this is Deloitte’s required reasonable estimate of the current range.
