Lead Product Designer
Job Description
Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V., operating through Epsilon's Product Design team, is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape user-centered experiences for complex enterprise software. This role translates business needs into scalable design solutions, crafting wireframes and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align UX with technical capabilities and design systems.

- Salary: USD 77,100 - 156,500 per year
- Minimum experience: 4 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Integrate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to produce wireframes and prototypes that are useful, usable, and engaging
- Apply user-centered design to create intuitive and efficient digital experiences
- Plan and synthesize user research using standard methodologies, including personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive analysis, and market research
- Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in product and UX design
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to define business requirements while advocating for strong design principles and user experience
- Contribute to and help evolve Epsilon’s enterprise design system CoreUI, ensuring alignment with WCAG accessibility standards
- Plan, execute, and analyze usability testing across projects independently
- Participate in design critiques and mentor junior designers to support growth and development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the product development lifecycle
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working within established UX teams
- 4+ years of experience designing enterprise software tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and user-centered design processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for visual design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on designs
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and thought process
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
