Front-end Developer/Web Designer
Job Description
Summit Athletic Media is hiring a front-end developer/web designer to build interactive, responsive experiences for sports fans in a Charlotte, NC onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test responsive, interactive websites using HTML and CSS
- Develop in Visual Studio Code and CodeKit
- Create and refine designs with Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac, including XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Perform ongoing maintenance for existing client websites
- Collaborate directly with clients to ensure project needs and expectations are met
- Manage multiple projects while working on-site from the Charlotte, NC office
Requirements
- Fluency in HTML and CSS
- Sass knowledge is a plus
- Basic understanding of scripting languages, including JavaScript
- Comfort working with the latest version of Bootstrap
- Familiarity with XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Expert-level Mac OS skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or at least 2 years of relevant work experience)
