Job Description
Photon seeks a Creative Lead (UI/UX) to steer UI/UX design initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration across product teams.
Location
Irving, Texas, onsite
Salary
USD 42,000 to 148,000 per year
Experience
Minimum eight years of relevant design experience, with a track record of leading UI/UX initiatives.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expert capability in design principles and practical solutions.
- Extensive background in visual design and UI design principles, including layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theory.
- Broad experience in UX disciplines such as information architecture, research, usability, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Background in digital design, web, and mobile development within an enterprise environment.
- Experience designing with mobile layouts in mind.
- Ability to understand and articulate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical developers to translate design concepts into deliverables.
