Photon seeks a Creative Lead (UI/UX) to steer UI/UX design initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration across product teams.

Salary

USD 42,000 to 148,000 per year

Minimum eight years of relevant design experience, with a track record of leading UI/UX initiatives.

Requirements

• At least eight years of relevant design experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expert capability in design principles and practical solutions.
• Extensive background in visual design and UI design principles, including layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theory.
• Broad experience in UX disciplines such as information architecture, research, usability, and content strategy.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Background in digital design, web, and mobile development within an enterprise environment.
• Experience designing with mobile layouts in mind.
• Ability to understand and articulate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical developers to translate design concepts into deliverables.
