Creative Director

Pacific Dream Photography is seeking a Creative Director to lead a luxury resort studio on Kauai, supporting the team with strong leadership, sales direction, and a customer-first approach. This onsite role centers on managing day-to-day operations while driving bookings, partnerships, and photography execution for high-quality session galleries and 100% customer satisfaction.

Working with the studio in Poipu, HI, you will help shape how the business grows through resort relationships, event planning partnerships, and ongoing improvements based on customer feedback and market signals.

Role overview

• Oversee the daily operations of one of Pacific Dream Photography’s top resort studios on Kauai
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals
• Grow and manage bookings and events
• Manage and grow group and event planner relationships
• Build on relationships with customers, resort partners, and other stakeholders
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
• Analyze market trends and develop plans to capitalize on them
• Lead the photography team in delivering high-quality experience session galleries
• Train and develop assistant managers

• A proven record of success in hotel or resort sales and leadership in Hawaii

• Must live on Kauai
• 2 years of required experience in sales and customer service

• Salary: USD 60,000 - 100,000 per year
