Job Description

Hotel Jackson is hiring a Marketing Creative Director to own the physical expression of the Hotel Jackson brand and lead day-to-day creative execution on property.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and protect Hotel Jackson’s brand identity across all guest-facing touchpoints including the hotel, spa, restaurants, events, and on-property collateral.
  • Run regular property walk-throughs to confirm materials are current, accurate, well presented, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date brand and production libraries including logos, photography, templates, menus, brand guidelines, and production files.
  • Own creation, updates, and production for all on-property guest-facing materials such as menus, in-room collateral, spa materials, signage, wayfinding, promotions, invitations, event assets, and anything guests read or interact with.
  • Manage creative projects end-to-end from request to final production or installation, including briefs, proofs, revision/approval coordination, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate menu changes, seasonal refreshes, and promotional materials with Food & Beverage and Spa leadership to ensure readiness for operational needs.
  • Oversee creative partners and production resources including printers, designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and sign vendors; brief them to standard, review work, and manage to deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Oversee printed and physical production from file preparation through delivery and installation, ensuring work arrives on time and meets spec.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for operational departments (F&B, Spa, Front Office, Events, Sales), translating requests into polished, on-brand deliverables and managing the daily flow of creative needs.
  • Support execution of campaigns and initiatives set by the Director of Marketing, handling on-property production and implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative direction, brand management, graphic design, hospitality marketing, luxury or lifestyle branding, or a related field.
  • Strong visual judgment across typography, layout, photography, and brand systems; ability to spot when something is off even if the issue is not immediately explainable.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and detail orientation; able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and print production processes.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable tools; ability to independently produce and prepare production-ready files.
  • Strong proofreading skills to catch errors before print.
  • Luxury hospitality, restaurant, spa, travel, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to brief partners and collaborate with operational departments.
