Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend floorset meetings to grasp the seasonal marketing goals and in-store experience requirements.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, concept teams, and visual production to implement the brand vision with clear intent.
  • Audit the sign inventory and confirm that all marketing needs are captured in partnership with brand marketing and print production teams.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners to establish expectations and uphold item quality through accountability.
  • Lead the execution of all seasonal floorset initiatives in collaboration with the Sr. Manager - Visual Creative Design.
  • Leverage STAR reporting seasonally to generate documents related to store count.
  • Create and maintain decks detailing store leaselines.
  • Review seasonal floorset and how-to documents for element accuracy and clarity of store communications.
  • Partner with Creative Visual Design Production on seasonal conceptual development for element materials to capture best-in-class techniques and execution.
  • Summarize meetings and share outcomes and next steps with all cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency; proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Travel for NSO’s and other special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Retail visual, marketing, or print experience is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing projects.
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues, and provide creative solutions.
  • Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem solving, and planning skills.
  • Adobe Suite and graphic design experience is a plus.
