Associate Creative Director, Digital, Expression

Monigle Associates Inc is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Digital, Expression to help shape digital products and connected customer experiences. In this hybrid role based in Denver, you will connect strategy to intuitive digital execution, guide collaboration across teams, and help drive continuous improvement through experimentation and performance insights.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of digital products, platforms, and experiences, maintaining creative excellence, usability, and strategic alignment across every touchpoint.
• Design seamless customer experiences by bringing together brand, content, UX, and technology into cohesive digital ecosystems.
• Translate business objectives and brand strategy into engaging, intuitive digital solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for users and organizations.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, writers, developers, and clients to deliver integrated digital experiences.
• Build and evolve scalable digital systems, interaction patterns, and experience frameworks to balance consistency with innovation.
• Mentor colleagues through feedback, coaching, and direction to grow teams’ digital skills and understanding.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, using emerging technologies, user insights, and performance data to optimize digital experiences.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 100,000 - 125,000 per year
• Final salary is determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training, and experience, and may vary from the range listed above.

Location and work model

• Primary offices are in Denver, Colorado and New York City.
• The role supports a hybrid and remote workforce, with some positions requiring periodic in-office presence depending on team needs, collaboration requirements, or client work.
• Employees within reasonable commuting distance may be expected to attend scheduled meetings, teamwork sessions, or company events.
