Art Director

Fingerpaint Marketing Inc is hiring an Art Director in Morristown, NJ for an onsite role. This position centers on creating visually compelling work for clients, with a strong emphasis on design aesthetics, comfort across both digital and traditional mediums, and the ability to present ideas effectively across teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping concepts into polished design output while collaborating across departments to produce work that makes an impact. The work calls for experimentation with a clear sense of when to refine, plus the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

• Tinker, imagine, and experiment, with the savvy to know when to pull back and refine

• A very active brain
• Experience in both digital and traditional media
• Engaging presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of the design tools most agencies use
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A range of styles and approaches to suit the task at hand
• A sense of humor that is actually funny
• 5 to 8 years of experience
• Agency experience is a plus
