Associate Art Director
Job Description
At Comcast Corporation, this Associate Art Director role helps shape how design solutions move from early concepts to polished execution. You will guide creative work that supports both on-air and off-air client needs, strengthening creative standards while applying new technology across the media landscape.
What you’ll do
- Orchestrate the design process to develop advanced creative solutions for specific client challenges
- Translate strategic visions into visual concepts that align with internal client objectives
- Lead design teams in creating and executing artwork and layouts, promoting artistic excellence
- Apply cutting-edge graphic design software and technology to improve project outcomes
- Mentor design staff by sharing expertise to elevate professional design concepts and workflows
- Adopt new design technologies and push beyond traditional media approaches
- Manage complex design project workflows to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality
- Assess design challenges from a broad perspective and recommend strategic solutions that drive client satisfaction
- Use independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends and adapt to variable schedules as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7-10 years of experience

Compensation: USD 103,368 - 155,052 per year.
Location: New York, NY (onsite).
