Art Director

Fifth Element is hiring an Art Director in New York, NY (onsite) to translate ideas into strong visuals across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design concepts that engage both internal teams and clients
• Produce comps, mockups, storyboards, and final visuals across digital, print, and other project needs
• Partner with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure ideas land effectively
• Manage multiple projects at once while keeping deliverables on-brand, polished, and on schedule
• Learn from senior art directors and contribute input to help elevate the team’s work
• Stay curious, experiment, and introduce new ideas throughout the production process

Requirements

• BA or BS in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency
• Well-rounded portfolio demonstrating creative thinking plus experience with the written (or spoken) word and results from compelling, emotionally engaging work

Pay range

• USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year
