Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist

PEOPLE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES LLC is seeking a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist to support development and upkeep of both internal and public web experiences for ATEC. This onsite role at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD focuses on delivering graphic interfaces and websites that align with Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility requirements while meeting DoD publishing expectations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain graphic interfaces and websites using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain ATEC, ATC, AEC, and OEC intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or other web development technology.
• Maintain public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, including obtaining PAO approval and maintaining a change log.
• Ensure all web interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility standards.
• Coordinate content updates with departmental content owners and subject matter experts, and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R).
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, held prior to performance; the required computing environment (CE) certification must be obtained within six (6) months of appointment.

Compensation

USD 100,000 - 114,000 per year.
