Web Designer

Join the ABC Multi-EIN, LLC marketing team in Oklahoma City, OK (onsite) to create design work that connects products, customers, and brand stories across printed and electronic channels. This role focuses on building memorable, impactful graphic design for web pages, branding, and marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and strategy across multiple projects.
• Learn company products and value proposition, then communicate the story through compelling graphic design.
• Use computer software to produce electronic versions of designs.
• Apply design fundamentals including color, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and print and layout techniques.
• Develop content for web pages and design logos for products and businesses.
• Create promotional displays and marketing collateral.
• Handle layout and production design for digital and print materials, including advertisements, magazines, newsletters, journals, corporate reports, and other publications.
• Meet with end customers within the company to collaborate on design and review direction.
• Conduct research on competitors and market trends to inform design choices.
• Collaborate with printers to help select type of paper and ink.
• Submit rough drafts for approval, incorporate feedback, and make changes to mock-ups.
• Develop branding guidelines and templates to support a consistent corporate identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Design and layout skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to produce press-ready art, and familiarity with XML, HTML, and basic web programming scripts.
• Customer-focused with a creative, flexible approach, strong attention to detail, and a deadline-oriented mindset.
• Copywriting is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The role takes place in an office-like environment with no hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions and moderate noise. You will regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands for tasks like handling and reaching, as well as talk or hear. Lifting requirements include up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
