Web Designer

Ever Point Designs is seeking a Web Designer to transform early concepts into clear, polished, and usable web experiences. This onsite role focuses on designing and maintaining website and campaign pages, partnering with marketing and development, and preparing assets that support smooth implementation.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and update website pages and landing pages
• Create page layouts, banners, and other digital graphic elements
• Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Apply brand guidelines to maintain consistent layout and visual direction
• Prepare design files and assets for developers
• Review completed pages and flag visual or usability issues
• Update existing websites based on current business needs
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign pages and digital content
• Check website presentation across major browsers and screen sizes
• Maintain organized design files, images, and related assets

Required Qualifications

• Comfort with HTML and CSS
• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Cloud
• WordPress or another CMS experience is useful
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of web or digital design experience
• Portfolio showing actual websites or digital projects will be required

Helpful Experience

• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Experience working directly with developers
• Understanding of SEO-friendly web design
• Experience designing landing pages
• Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design principles

Compensation and Location

Location: Brownsville, TX (onsite, in person)

Salary: USD 77,000 to 84,000 per year

Minimum experience: 2 years
