Role Overview

As a senior creative leader, you will drive idea generation and establish the visual strategy across multiple brands and campaigns, while guiding art directors and designers in healthcare advertising. The position prioritizes the use of AI and new technologies to strengthen storytelling and execution across projects.

Responsibilities

• Steer concept development and establish the visual direction across brands and campaigns
• Collaborate with copy, strategy, account, and medical teams to produce thoughtful, impactful work
• Direct and elevate creative output across digital, social, video, print, and other channels
• Experiment with AI and emerging tools to enhance creative development, storytelling, and execution
• Mentor and lead art directors and designers, fostering growth in craft and thinking
• Present work to clients and articulate the underlying strategy behind the creative direction
• Ensure all work remains on-brand, meticulously crafted, and aligned with business goals
• Contribute to creative culture, support team development, and drive agency growth

Requirements

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates standout conceptual and visual work
• Ten years or more of experience in advertising, with healthcare advertising experience considered a plus
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical agency environments is preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, shape creative direction, and build client trust
• Interest in how AI and new technologies can support innovation in healthcare advertising
• Solid design instincts, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Location and Compensation

Location: New York, NY (onsite). Compensation: USD 160,000 - 180,000 per year.
